Social Media Manager
Vertex IT Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media/Key Account Manager to join its fast-growing digital marketing team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals and its clients’ business objectives.
- Craft unique and targeted social media ad campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for Vertex’s various client accounts.
- Create engaging content across different platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok) highlighting our IT staffing, digital marketing, tech development, and BPO services.
- Build and maintain a strong online community by interacting with potential clients and top-rated industry professionals
- Monitor social media analytics to measure performance, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and boost ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices.
- Explore new digital advertising opportunities and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Vertex’s esteemed clientele.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, recruitment, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and increase market share.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and advertising, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
