Vertex IT Solutions is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will assist with product listings, order management, customer service, and our store maintenance on Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, etc.)
- Monitor customer queries and coordinate timely responses
- Help manage order processing, shipment tracking, and returns
- Conduct basic competitor and market research
- Support in inventory and stock level tracking
- Generate and maintain reports related to sales and performance
- Ensure all Amazon account guidelines and compliance standards are met
- Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the e-commerce/VA space
