Vertex IT Solutions is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will assist with product listings, order management, customer service, and our store maintenance on Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on Amazon (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, etc.)
  • Monitor customer queries and coordinate timely responses
  • Help manage order processing, shipment tracking, and returns
  • Conduct basic competitor and market research
  • Support in inventory and stock level tracking
  • Generate and maintain reports related to sales and performance
  • Ensure all Amazon account guidelines and compliance standards are met
  • Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one (preferred) 
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central is a plus 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the e-commerce/VA space
