Vertex IT Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst who will play a dual role in analyzing business requirements and facilitating Agile development processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of projects by leading Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Gather, document, and analyze requirements to create clear and detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Work with development and design teams to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented.
- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for business initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive business insights.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar hybrid role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or other Agile project management tools.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, process modeling, and requirements documentation.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and UX/UI principles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
