The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of Upwork’s ecosystem, including algorithms, bidding strategies, and account management, and will play a vital role in driving consistent revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute effective bidding strategies to secure projects across multiple niches, with a focus on IT/software services.
● Leverage deep knowledge of Upwork algorithms, connected usage, and proposal optimization to maximize project win rates.
● Analyze project requirements, draft compelling proposals, and set competitive bids aligned with client needs and budget.
● Track, measure, and report on win ratios, proposal performance, and connections utilization.
● Build, optimize, and scale both individual and agency profiles for maximum visibility and credibility.
● Identify and target high-value clients based on geography, budget, and industry segmentation.
● Ensure compliance with Upwork policies and implement best practices for account health and sustainability.
● Share actionable insights with leadership to continuously improve bidding success and resource allocation.

Key Requirements:
