We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager with proven experience in managing social media for tech companies and engaging with developer/technical communities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital platforms, community-building strategies, and content tailored for technical audiences. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow brand presence, foster engagement, and drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

    • ● Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels.● Manage and grow developer and tech communities on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, Slack, and Reddit.

      ● Create engaging and insightful content (posts, carousels, videos, reels, technical blogs, thought-leadership pieces) that resonates with technical and B2B audiences.

      ● Collaborate with the product, engineering, and design teams to translate technical updates into accessible, engaging content for target communities.

      ● Plan and execute both organic and paid campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and ROI tracking.

      ● Monitor conversations within tech communities, proactively engage, and respond to queries to foster trust and credibility.

      ● Analyze performance metrics across platforms, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements for engagement and conversions.

      ● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new tools to continuously optimize strategy.

      ● Build relationships with influencers, tech bloggers, and community leaders to amplify brand messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

    • ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.● 3–5 years of proven social media management experience, preferably within tech companies or developer-focused products.

      ● Strong understanding of B2B SaaS, IT services, or software product marketing.

      ● Hands-on experience managing communities on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, and Slack.

      ● Proficiency with social media analytics, scheduling, and collaboration tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Jira).

      ● Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for technical audiences.

      ● Experience running paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
