Vertex IT Solutions is hiring a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas and user needs into elegant and functional digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with product requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics data.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and human-centered design.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and responsive design requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting usability testing and applying feedback to improve designs.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
