Vertex IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills to expand our market presence and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and target customer segments.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to drive business revenue.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business development activities.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
