Vertex IT Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations, record-keeping, and other HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Assist in employee onboarding, including document verification, orientation, and induction sessions.
HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and work-from-home requests.
- Ensure compliance with leave policies and maintain accurate records.
- Generate attendance and leave reports for HR and management.
Payroll & Compliance Support:
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed as per company regulations.
- Support HR compliance and documentation, including contracts, policies, and labor law requirements.
General Administration & Reporting:
- Maintain HR documentation, including employee contracts, performance reports, and disciplinary records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for HR and management.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment platforms, and labor laws is a plus.
