The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly.
  • Drive sales by actively promoting products, features, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Ensure products are well-organized, stocked, and attractively displayed.

Sales Reporting & Targets:

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales techniques.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in POS systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
    • Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
