We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in outbound prospecting, and the ability to engage with decision-makers in the tech/software industry.
Key Responsibilities

- ● Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
● Research target accounts using tools such as Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers.
● Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
● Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
● Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Odoo).
● Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
● Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as number of calls, emails, booked meetings, and qualified opportunities.
● Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to tailor outreach strategies.
● Provide feedback to marketing teams regarding lead quality, campaign performance, and messaging effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role (preferably in tech, SaaS, or IT services).
● Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
● Familiarity with prospecting and lead generation tools (Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a hunter’s mindset.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
